Three brands. One Tickki account. Zero copy-pasting between tabs.

โ€œWe run three brands from a single Tickki account. Switching workspaces is one click and the AI knows the tone for each. Our team finally stopped copy-pasting between four tabs.โ€

The challenge

Volta runs three direct-to-consumer brands: a fashion label, a home-goods line, and a fast-growing kids' apparel brand. Each had its own help desk inbox, its own WhatsApp number, and โ€” crucially โ€” its own voice. The fashion brand was playful and emoji-heavy; the home-goods brand was warm and practical; the kids brand was reassuring and parent-aware.

The team kept the brands straight by opening four browser tabs and a shared spreadsheet of "approved phrases." It worked. It also burned through agents fast.

What they did with Tickki

Volta moved to Tickki's Business plan and created three workspaces under one account โ€” one per brand. Each workspace has its own voice document, its own knowledge base, its own AI training data. Switching is a single keystroke.

The hidden win was the AI. Each workspace's AI was tuned on that brand's past conversations โ€” so the fashion brand's draft replies came back with playful tone and emoji, while the home-goods brand's came back warm and concrete. Agents stopped second-guessing tone.

They also rolled out shared internal notes across workspaces, so when a customer who shopped at all three brands messaged in, an agent could see their full history without breaking workspace boundaries.

The result

  • 78% reduction in context-switch time measured by the time between first read and first reply.
  • Four tools deprecated: two help desks, the shared spreadsheet, and a tone-checking AI tool they had bolted on.
  • CSAT levelled up across all three brands โ€” they used to have one star brand and two laggards; now all three are above 4.6.

Why it stuck

"Multi-workspace isn't a checkbox," Marcus says. "It's the entire reason this stack works. If we had to silo per brand we'd be back to the spreadsheet."
