Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tickki. We've done our best to keep the legalese to a minimum. Last updated April 25, 2026.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Tickki Inc. ("Tickki"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Tickki on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Accounts & Workspaces

  • You're responsible for everything that happens under your account credentials. Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication.
  • Each workspace has an owner who controls billing, sub-users, and integrations. Ownership can be transferred from in-app settings.
  • You must be 16 or older to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tickki to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or phishing content.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Process data you don't have a lawful basis to process, including special-category personal data without explicit consent.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
  • Train competing AI products on Tickki output.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. Repeat or severe violations result in termination without refund.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you and your end users send through Tickki ("Customer Content"). You grant Tickki a limited, worldwide licence to host, transmit, process, and display Customer Content solely to operate the service for you.

5. AI Output

Tickki's AI features generate suggestions, summaries, and draft replies ("AI Output"). AI Output is generated from your Customer Content and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased — you are responsible for reviewing AI Output before sending it to end users.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tickki assigns to you all rights it may have in the AI Output generated for your workspace. We make no representation that AI Output is unique to you.

6. Fees & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically.
  • Fees are exclusive of taxes; you're responsible for any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax unless we collect it on your behalf.
  • All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
  • Overage fees may apply for usage beyond your plan's included message volume. We'll notify you before charging overage.

7. Free Trial

New accounts may receive a 30-day free trial of the Pro plan. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan or revert to the free tier with reduced limits. Trials may be modified or revoked at our discretion.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. We may terminate inactive free accounts after 12 months of inactivity, with email notice.

9. Intellectual Property

Tickki, the Tickki logo, and all software, designs, and documentation we create are the exclusive property of Tickki Inc. You receive no rights other than the limited licence granted in these Terms.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

Tickki is provided as is. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tickki's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid Tickki in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tickki against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your Customer Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local law provides otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to workspace owners at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
